Weddings are my favorite events to be a part of. I can do others and love to make each one perfect and unique,
but there’s something about all the details of a wedding that is just the perfect combination of a challenge to accept and beauty to create.
And there’s also the range of emotions on a wedding day that I love - the laughter when getting ready, the tears from a first look and the ceremony, and then the dancing at the reception.
It’s all my favorite.
This package i s a glorified “Day of Coordinating” package, it’s what a day of coordinator would do but with some more details to make sure that all those last minute things come together perfectly. It includes 3 meetings with me, one of them being a walk through your venue, and about a month and a half before the event, I will take over the details of communicating with your vendors and pulling together the final details to make sure everything that day runs smooth. It includes myself and at least one assistant, and if it is a wedding then we attend the rehearsal, and everything from setup to tear down the day of the event.
Includes everything from month of, and but has 2 additional meetings, so 5 meetings with me, and I help you find your vendors during the planning process and can offer design advice along the way as well. So there’s some more of my time and availability in this one than the other, but you’re still actually booking all of your vendors, sending out your own invitations, etc.
With full planning I do it all, booking your vendors, printing your menus, all of the above. Depending on the scale of your event (budget, guest count, length of event, location), the price will vary, but this is the option for you if you want to give some “yes or no” opinions to different ideas, and then show up that day to enjoy how it all came together!
This is like the full planning option, where all the details will be pulled together by me, but for an incredible wedding in a unique destination for you and your guests to travel to and have an adventure of a lifetime while you say your vows. I’m open to travel anywhere, whether I’ve been there or not!
